You will need
7 eggs
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of flour
250gr unsalted butter
300gr couverture chocolate
Method
- Beat well the eggs with a mixer machine.
- Melt the butter, the couvertures and the sugar with the bain marie method.
- Mix well until you get a smooth mixture.
- Then add the half of the smooth mixture (of the butter, couvertures and sugar) in the egg mixture. While the mixer beats add the half flour and continue beat with the mixer. Add the other half of the mixture and the other half of the flour and beat it well to join all the materials together.
- Put in a kitchenware after rubbing it with a little butter from our package we used.
- Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
